  11. TimeConnect mesure the time and the cost of your communication; you simply
  12. have to configure the program with your local telecom! Then TC is abled to
  13. detect if you're on-line or not!!
  14.  
  15. This program is very simple to use: 
  16.    - Carrier auto-detection. (CIAF_COMCD bif).
  17.    - ARexx support to launch or stop it;(examples of script)
  18.    - MUI interface for the configuration. (TCPrefs)
  19.    - MUI program to show and edit logfile (TCEDLog)
  20.    - documentation in guide format.

  22. All your actions can be logged in file if you want; so the programme keep
  23. as long as you want the total cost of your communication. When you receive
  24. your telecom invoice you can edit the log file, remove all the line you
  25. don't need!

  27. You can set alarms to be informed that a number of units is spent! So
  28. TC displays a message or plays a sample to let you know that is it time
  29. to quit !!

  31. You can enter phone number; You can choose one of these numbers to be
  32. saved in the log file; Now you can save your logfile in NComm format 
  33. so that it is comptatible with PhoneBill.

  35. This prog is now GIFWARE (or CHOCOLATEWARE :-) or 'what you what'WARE )!
